Medical Program
The services our Medical Program provides includes medical care of patients, both adult and pediatric, with diseases that affect the inner ears, temporal bone, skull base, and related structures of the head and neck. Our physician will treat hearing loss, ringing in the ears, dizziness, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the inner ear, congenital malformations of the ear and tumors in the inner ear. Audiology services may be part of your diagnosis and treatment plans.
Some of the medical conditions we diagnosis and treat include:
- Cholesteatoma, which is an abnormal skin growth in the middle ear behind the eardrum
- Acoustic Neuroma, a benign ear tumor that develops on the main nerve leading from the inner ear to the brain
- Otosclerosis, a condition of abnormal bone growth around the stapes bone
- Glomus Tumors, which are slow-growing and usually benign growths that can block sound transmission in the middle ear
- Perforated Ear Drum
If any conditions require surgery, our team of professionals will work with surgeons in the area to coordinate the treatment plan.
